Choose a workflow, understand its data flow and check the result before sharing it.

Start with a reliable PDF workflow
Split a long document
Use Split PDF for a selection or Multi Split for several output groups. Check page positions against the document, not just printed page labels. Review each extracted file before sharing.
Processing: browser. Large files still use device memory and time; every page does not need a thumbnail before you start selecting.
Combine files in order
Open Merge PDF, arrange the inputs and save the result. Check orientation, duplicates and the final page count. Keep the original files until you have inspected the output.
Processing: browser. Merging can affect existing digital signatures.
Compress without surprises
Compression uploads your PDF to the server. Start with the least aggressive useful setting. Inspect small text, diagrams and scanned pages at reading size.
Already optimised files may not shrink significantly. A smaller file is not always a better result.
Convert and compare
Document conversion runs on the server. Current PDF to Word and PDF to Excel workflows process up to five pages. Scans, complex tables and multi-column layouts can require correction.
Compare the output with the source before submitting it or importing it elsewhere.
Local work or server upload?
Selecting a file is not always uploading it. Browser tools read selected files on your device; server tools transfer them for processing. Loading the website itself still uses the network. Consult the processing overview and Privacy Policy before using confidential material.

Read guideBefore you share a result
- Open the saved file rather than relying only on a preview.
- Check page count, ranges, orientation and readability.
- Review personal information, annotations and metadata. A white rectangle over text is not necessarily secure redaction.
- Check important signatures in the intended recipient's reader. A service signature is not a personal qualified electronic signature.
- Keep the original and use an approved workflow for restricted information.
